Sr. Pastor

Phil graduated from Trinity Baptist College in 1980. He taught Bible at their Acadamy for a year before moving to this area where he started Lighthouse in 1984.  He is a great Bible teacher.  Phil is passionate about telling everyone he meets about salvation through Christ.  His hobbies are fishing and watching the Braves play ball. We are blessed to have him as our Senior Pastor.

Associate Pastor

Matt joined the staff at Lighthouse in August of 2022. He has been in full-time ministry for 15 years, serving at local churches in Fort Walton Beach, FL and Aurora, CO. He is a graduate of Trinity Baptist College ('06) & Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary ('12). Matt & his wife Evie have four children. Matt loves fishing, reading, FSU sports, and spending time with his family.

Office Assistant

Londa has spent thirty years working with children and families. She is passionate about sharing the love of Christ with children and watching them grow in their faith. She enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with family. 

Office Manager

Karen is Pastor Phil's wife and has served at Lighouse since the 1984 and has been employed at Lighthouse since 1997. She manages the church office, does the website, graphic design, and works in the soundroom. Karen loves fishing, reading, gardening and spending time with her family. She has two sons and 8 grandchildren.
